WHAT WE DO
HMST is a Consultancy Company established since 2010 providing health sector programme management support and policy expertise to governments, United Nations agencies, International Foundations, NGOs and private companies. Our expertise ranges from strengthening health systems, advise on communicable diseases including malaria, Tuberculosis and HIV-Aids. We have experience working with the public, private and community sectors in low and middle-income countries including fragile states and in post-conflict settings. The team of consultants is composed of experts in public health, health economics and communicable diseases. More specifically our skills set includes, governance, institutional and organizational development, policy analysis, health financing, training &capacity building, strategic planning, programme design and management, access to medicines, procurement and supply management, monitoring and evaluation, communications and facilitation of meetings, workshops and conferences. We also provide trouble-shooting and conflict resolution support.
HMST is a dynamic and responsive consultancy services company. We tailor our support to our client’s needs, country priorities and national strategies. HMST has substantial experience in supporting the development of quality, equitable and sustainable health systems. Each of our consultants has between 10 and 30 years of experience providing support within the health sector in developing countries. We work in partnership with governments, multilateral and bilateral agencies, and NGOs.
